The Smith & Wesson Model 19 is a revolver that was originally manufactured in 1957 in the United States. It is the gun typically used as a sidearm by soldiers in the Squid Games.
In the 33rd Squid Game, this revolver was used in two games: Sugar Honeycombs and Marbles. In the former game, the gun was briefly used by No Sang-hun to hold a manager hostage after he overpowered a soldier and took his weapon.
After capturing Mr. Kim and Choi Woo-seok, the Salesman uses a Model 19 in his possession to play a mix of Russian roulette and rock paper scissors minus one, killing Mr. Kim with it in the end. He later plays Russian roulette with Seong Gi-hun in his motel and shoots himself under the chin with it when he loses. The gun is picked up by Woo-seok after his, and he holds onto it throughout the search for the Squid Games.
A similar gun, the Smith & Wesson Model 10, is used by at least one manager.
