Player 411 before Hide and Seek in "Keys and Knives"
Player 411 was a contestant of the 37th Squid Game.
Personality[]
Player 411 is implied to be a very greedy and selfish old man. Even though he voted X initially after Six-legged pentathlon he pressed O without hesitation suggesting he was becoming more greedy after each game. After the Special game he did not seem to feel any regret that Team O killed many members of Team X. Despite his greed he still have some restraint in his behaviour since he didn't swap his role in Hide and seek with anyone implying he felt he couldn't kill anyone he noticeably was one of the few men of Team O that didn't attack Team X in the Special Game and chose to hide instead.
History[]
Player 411 was in massive debt and decided to join the Squid Games for a chance to win a huge cash prize. He called the number on the recruiting card, and got into a mysterious car. He then woke up in a giant room with 454 other players. He then made his way to the centre of the room and watched as many other players debts were revealed in front of him. Later on, he signed a contract and made his way up a flight of stairs to the first game.
During the first game, he was soon terrified as players were shot in front of him during the mass panic. He was able to control himself and stand still. He eventually completed the first game after listening to Gi-hun's commands. After returning to the dormitory, he and many players pleaded the guards to let them go. However, The guards instead showed everyone the massive increase in prize money that accumulated after the first game. They then explained the voting process to all of the players. Player 411 did not care about the money and decided to Vote X during the first Vote. Unfortunately for him and the other Xs, More players voted to continue the games.
He is not seen in the Six-Legged Pentathlon, but he still found a team and managed to complete all 5 minigames within the 5 minute timer. After successfully completing Six-Legged Pentathlon, him and the other players held another vote. Player 411 changed his mind and decided to vote O instead of X along with some other players.
Later on during Mingle, He managed to partner up with other players and passed all 5 rounds. After Mingle, him and the other remaining players returned to the dormitory and have a third vote. Player 411 decided to vote O again along with many other O players. This vote ends up in a tie, meaning they would vote again in the morning. Player 411 and the other players seem disappointed and move back to their beds. After the events of the bathroom fight, him and the other Os have a headcount and figure out that they have less players compared to the Xs. After the Special Game. He decides not to participate in Gi-hun's Rebellion and instead stay in the lobby with all of the other players that also decided not to join. In the next round of voting he voted O again and can be seen celebrating when they won the vote. He then witnessed Seon-nyeo getting strangled by Gi-hun who mocked him for his dead friends.
Later during Hide and Seek, Player 411 draws a blue ball from the gumball machine, which confirms his role as a hider. The manager later explains that him and his team would either have to survive the 30 minute timer, or find a exit door to escape the maze. Later when the guards allow them to switch teams, Player 411 can be seen attempting to switch teams with a potential seeker. Unfortunately for him, no one ends up switching with him, and he is forced to keep his blue vest. He then enters the maze with his fellow Hiders and is given time to hide before the seekers come after them. After somehow injuring his forehead and cheek during the game, he is seen panicking before running off in the maze. Player 411 is later seen running away from Nam-gyu and Lee Myung-gi after they likely found him hiding in a room. He then runs into a dead end and gets cornered by both of them.

After Player 411 gets cornered by Nam-gyu and Lee Myung-gi. he backs up in fear and tries to get away. Lee Myung-gi then stops him by cutting his arm, and later stabbing him repeatedly along with Nam-gyu. Nam-gyu, having become fascinated about how the life fades from people's eyes upon death, points out his "doll eyes" to Myung-gi. He placed 55th in the competition.

- His icon is one of the only 2 icons to be confirmed as taken Behind the Scenes (picture below), alongside Player 163.
- Despite first appearing relatively early on, his only canonical appearance in a game was in Hide and Seek.
- Due to his short stature, he usually peeks out, as seen during the headcount or when they brought in the coffin with Gi-hun inside.

Player 411 was portrayed by Han Sang-chul and an unknown extra. Despite Park Jae-cheol being credited as 'sacrifice man 1,' 411 is not credited as 'sacrifice man 2.' There is a funny clip where Han Sang-chul and Oh Tae-eun (394's actor) and smiling at the BTS camera, giggling about how they're both about to die.
