Player 324 was presumably in debt like many of players so he joined the 2024 Squid Game in hopes to get more money. He managed to survive the first 3 challenges and voted to end the games in the third vote.
He participated in the bathroom fight to defend his fellow X voters. Once the fight was over he joined with the rest of X voters at their side of the lobby. He survived the special game, and decided to volunteered for Gi-hun's rebellion.

Player 324, A couple moments before his death
The rebellion began to break down, and Player 324 was wounded, while players around him were getting killed. The guards began to close in on him and the other rebels in the area. In an act of desperation, Player 324 turns the gun on himself and pulls the trigger, using his last bullet to kill himself despite Gyeong-seok pleading him not to.
Player 324 is played by the actor Hong Seung-gyun, and is most notable for his role in the episode "Friend or Foe". He was credited as "Rebel 1." He also allegedly appears in 3 other episodes as a background character, though he is uncredited.
