Player 310 was a contestant of the 37^th Squid Game.

Appearance

Player 310 is a woman in her early to mid 30s with long brown center parted hair, usually styled in a ponytail with loose strands around her face.

Personality

It is implied Player 310 is an apathetic, arrogant and greedy woman. During Red Light, Green Light she clearly pays no attention to Gi-hun’s warnings, and arrogantly judges him, She is also shown to be greedy as she kept voting O every chance she got, which shows she didn’t care about the other people dying in the deadly games, despite all this she is far from being evil like other Team O members, she does not argue with Team X during mealtime and does not participate in ambushing the X Players. She is also shown to have a strong friendship with Player 028, Player 119 and Player 116.

History

Player 310 was in heavy debt and decided to participate in the Squid Games. After waking up in the Dormitory with the other 454 players, she was seen talking to Player 119. She signed the player consent form and took her photo.

While the players were taking photos, Player 310 glares in disinterest when Gyeong-su asks Thanos to take a photo with him.

In Red Light, Green Light, she was one of the players who laughed at Gi-hun warning the players that if they moved the doll would detect them and someone would kill them but she still doesn't believe him. Before Kang Mi-na's death, she successfully stays still after she is told to not move by Gi-hun. Despite realizing that he was right, she remained still during the chaos and passed after the first game reaching the finish line where Player 119 would be waiting for her, they would be together watching how Gi-hun and Hyun-ju save Player 444.

Player 310 was frightened and horrified after she returns to the dormitory and was one of the players who begged at the guards to spare their life and to pay their debt in some way. Unfortunately Player 310 was overcome with greed as she watched the money pile up. During the first voting, she joined Team O and showed no interest in Gi-hun's request for them to vote "X". When Team O won the first vote, they celebrated with players 116, 119, 339, and 405, mocking Team X.

During Six-Legged Pentathlon, 310 is seen walking about with Player 119 and Player 116, ultimately, teams up with the players Player 088, Player 058, Player 017 and Player 071. Player 310 shows support and surprise at seeing teams of players win and lose. Player 310 was chosen to play Ddakji in Pentathlon, and she managed to pass the game with her team and in the second vote she voted "O" again.

In Mingle, Player 310 teamed up with Player 119 , Player 116 and seven unknown players during the first round. After the first round Player 119 was separated from them on the carousel but she made her way over during the second round to 116,310 and 131, however Player 131 soon left them for Player 042’s group. Player 116 dragged her and Player 119 and put his hand up to find another Player, resulting in them surviving the round after they found another Player thanks to Player 116. In round 3 she is seen standing between 116 and 119 and when the number three is called they quickly team up heading to a room. In the fourth round she teams up with Player 405, Player 119,Player 344, Player 370 and Player 376 with them seen exiting room 42. In the final round she can be seen next to Player 116 and Player 119 with her going with Player 116 resulting in her surviving Mingle with Player 119 going with Player 376 who was next to her. When the second round begins, Player 310 is seen to be quite confused and disappointed seeing Thanos (Player 230) and Nam-gyu (Player 124) dancing together while in a game of life or death. She was seen talking and criticizing Thanos and Nam-gyu alongside Player 116 after both surviving the third game.

310 received the food with Player 028, she was also seen sitting with Player 028. When both teams start fighting over an argument between Players 100 and 226 to 007 and 388. 310 decides not to go argue with Team X and sits watching the argument, laughing at Dae-ho with player 028.

When the voice talks about the bathroom fight and the eliminated players, 310 looks shocked at first event though Player 310 always appeared tired and disinterestedat but then she calms down during the headcount.

When the Special Game "Lights Out" begins, Player 310 hides to avoid joining the fight and when Gi-hun's team (Player 456) kills the guards with guns, 310 and 119 come out of their hide and seek when Gi hun calls for all surviving players to gather together to give a speech with Jung-bae to see who wants to join the rebellion against the guards, player 310 refuses and stays with Player 119 in the dormitory.

During the re-vote, Player 310 remained staying in Team O so she participates the fourth game. She was one of the Blue Team member after drawing a ball in the gumball machine before the games begin. During the wait in the lobby before the players entered the game she can be seen talking with Player 334 and then tapping her arm, so she can turns to look Player 044’s speech, mocking how low players 009 and 447 had fallen. Player 310 saw the game as easy but fear begins to show when it is announced that the red team must kill the blue team, so player 310 follows player 334's plan and she becomes her follower in the fourth game alongside player 344.

Fate

Before her death about five minutes into the fourth game, she can be heard screaming when Seong Gi-hun looks down at Kang Dae-ho. Her screams abruptly stop when eventually caught, and stabbed to death by Player 260 off-screen. This is strange because she was supposed to be accompanied by player 344 and guided by player 334, but most likely they sacrificed her to escape player 260, abandoning her, or simply they separated along the way. Her corpse can later be spotted in the corridor that held the marine room and one of the exits. She placed 60th in the competition.

Trivia

• The actresses of the players Player 119 and Player 310 became friends during the filming of the series.
• Their friendships were notable to many fans, where not many know what 028, 116, 119 and 310 made a group of friends and allies for Mingle, in the third season, the girls replaced player 116 who died in the special game, by player 024 after the guards announce the number of deaths for the special game, although in the end they all died in Hide and Seek.
• Even though her, Player 116 and Player 119 are seen wandering about arm in arm together in Six-Legged Pentathlon looking for a team although in the end they ended up separating into 3 different teams. The reason as to why is unknown, you can even see Players 310 and 119 sending Player 116 to look for two more players.
• She is the first Player to die in Hide and Seek, as well as the first character to die in Season 3 as it's the first game shown in the season.
• Due to her corpse's placement, she is the last player seen in season 3 episode 2.
• Yu Ji-hye refers to Player 310 as "Kim Yeong-chul".
• Her and Player 130 (the 1st Player to die in the the 4th game in the 33rd Squid Game) share the same 3 digits. Coincidentally their killers (player 062 and Player 260) also share the same 3 digits with each other

Mistakes

• As she takes her photo, we can see she has her hair down. However, in her icon and appearances excluding the picture-taking scene, her hair is tied.
• In a promotional material, we can see Player 310's icon with the number "414" instead of her original number "310".
