Player 187 was a contestant who participated the 33rd Squid Game in 2020.
History[]
Player 187 was in heavy debt and chose to enter a high-risk competition to win money. He survived Red Light, Green Light, and was one of the 187 players to re-join the game after the voting. He then managed to survive Sugar Honeycombs, as well as the Special Game. In Tug of War, he joined Team Eight.
Death[]
He was never seen again after Tug of War. However, his team was shown to have won and in Marbles, he partnered up with Player 417 and they ran out of time, resulting in them both getting shot.
Trivia[]
- He’s one of the few minor characters who had known actors instead of having speaking roles. His actor, Na Jo-Eun became known after being accused of drunk driving.
- Although last appearing in Tug of War, his actor, Na Jo-Eun claimed that he died in Marbles.
- In the fifth squid game in 1991, a player named Cho Su Jin won the games with this number

- Another Player 187 is seen running out of time in Red Light, Green Light.
- He is seen as Player 024 during Red Light, Green Light.
