Player 069's wife to her husband Player 069 after finding out she will have to play against him in Marbles in "Gganbu"

Player 070 was a contestant in the 33rd Squid Game in 2020.

History[]

Her husband, Player 069, was in heavy debt and she chose to enter a high-risk competition with him to win money.

After waking up in a large room with her husband and 454 other people, she signed a contract and took her photo. She managed to survive the first game, Red Light Green Light, after most of the contestants had been wiped out. Afterwards, like everyone else, she was shaken by the deaths of the contestants, when the prize money was finally revealed. A vote was held if the game should continue, and majority voted no. However, those who were willing to return could, and she returned, along with most of the other players.

She managed to survive the second game, Sugar Honeycombs, and the third game, Tug of War. Before Tug of War, she and her husband were looking for a team. Initially, Cho Sang-woo was interested recruiting in Player 069 until he learn that Player 070 had to join as well.

Fate[]

For the fourth game, she chose her husband to be her partner, but it was revealed that the game was Marbles and that players would face their partners. She lost the game to her husband, leading to her death.

  • There is an error in which 069's wife was played by a completely different person in Red Light, Green Light.

Behind the scenes[]

Player 070 was portrayed by Lee Ji-ha. the other erroneous one in RLGL portrayed by an unknown extra.

In an interview, Player 069's actor, Kim Yun-tae, said that he likes to believe that Player 070 beat her husband in Marbles but sacrificed herself, as she believed he would have a better chance at winning the games.
