The Pink Motel (핑크 모텔 Pingkeu Motel?) is a rundown motel registered by Seong Gi-hun as a front for his base of operations for going after the Squid Games to end the games once for all with him practicing to aim and shoot.
Description[]
The Pink Motel is a large building with a large neon sign, glowing bright pink and displaying the word 'Pink'. It carries a bunch of weapons—mostly firearms—and rooms with either destroyed walls or props. There is also a room where Gi-hun practices shooting with his firearms.

Gi-hun's Room (Room 410)[]
Prior to the 2024 Squid Game, Gi-hun resided in a suite containing a sleeping area, a small lounge with a table, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The room contains surveillance camera screens for Gi-hun to ensure only approved visitors enter the building. There is also a calendar and Seoul Subway map for Gi-hun to track his search for the Recruiter.
Around midnight of June 20, 2024, a couple stopped by the building entrance, presuming it to be a normal motel. Gi-hun monitored them using the screens and did not let them in. Moments later, the Front Man appeared at the room's front door and greatly frightened Gi-hun, but this turned out to be a nightmare; in reality, Mr. Kim was waiting to be let in. In the lounge, Gi-hun instructed Mr. Kim to expand their search for the Recruiter, which Mr. Kim later relayed to his employees.
After the Recruiter killed Mr. Kim, he forced Choi Woo-seok to reveal the location of Gi-hun's room, where he later died while playing Russian Roulette with Gi-hun. Shortly afterwards, Gi-hun tied up Hwang Jun-ho in the bathroom while interrogating him.

Bedroom with Woo-seok[]
Before meeting Gi-hun, the Recruiter left Woo-seok gagged and tied up in this room. After the Recruiter died, Jun-ho found this room (while searching for the gunshot's source) and freed Woo-seok, who told him where Gi-hun was.

Bedroom with Prize Money[]
This room is where Gi-hun keeps a large pile of cash from his 33rd Squid Game winnings. Gi-hun sees the money as blood money of the contestants who died, so he dedicates most of it to stopping the games.
The bathroom with a varied collection of guns

Accessed from the prize money room, this is where Gi-hun has stockpiled numerous guns for taking down the Island's armed forces.
The shooting range
Shooting Range[]
Behind the bathroom is a makeshift shooting range with drawings of a circle, triangle, and square as the target. Gi-hun used this range to demonstrate one of the guns and offered it as a practice room. Later, the mercenaries who Woo-seok hired used this space to practice.
