Kim Jun-hee's baby is the daughter of Kim Jun-hee and Lee Myung-gi, who was born during Hide and Seek. Taking the place of her mother as Player 222, she goes on to become the winner of the 37th Squid Game after Seong Gi-hun's suicidal sacrifice in Sky Squid Game.
History
This child was conceived by Kim Jun-hee and Lee Myung-gi in February 2024, around nine months before the 37th Squid Game began.
She was born during the fourth game, Hide and Seek. Following the game, the VIPs argued whether the baby should be killed, with Frontman deciding to keep her as a player.
Influenced by Jang Geum-ja's final words, Gi-hun approached Jun-hee and expressed his concern for the baby's safety. After Gi-hun promised to help her, Jun-hee allowed him to carry the baby to the fifth game, Jump Rope.
After learning that all players had to cross the bridge, which included the baby, Jun-hee was forced to ask Gi-hun to carry her baby across the bridge safely, as she was suffering from a broken ankle that was affecting her jumping ability. After promising to return for her, Gi-hun managed to safely cross the bridge with the baby in tow.
Due to other players crossing, there wasn't enough time left for Gi-hun to come back and retrieve Jun-hee. Knowing that he had to live for her baby to survive, Jun-hee begged Gi-hun not to retrieve her before she walked off the starting platform and fell to her death, an act that left Gi-hun and Myung-gi devastated.
With Jun-hee dead, the VIPs once again argued over the baby's fate. The Frontman, asked to settle dispute, stated that the presence of a baby would make voting and the game much more interesting, so the VIPs agreed to keeping her as Player 222, taking on her mother's number.
In the final game, Sky Squid Game, after protecting the baby from the remaining players and surviving to the third and final round, only Gi-hun and the baby were left alive.
After tapping the button to start the final round, Gi-hun chose to fulfill Geum-ja and Jun-hee's last request and committed suicide by intentionally falling off the platform, allowing the baby to win and become the winner of the 37th Squid Game.
Following the game's conclusion, Hwang In-ho would take the baby out of the games facility, then secretly place her under the care of his brother, Jun-ho, leaving behind a credit card containing the money the baby had won.

- The child, being only 2 days old at the time, was the youngest, and likely last, player to win the Korean Squid Games.
- She is the only known player to have entered the games without her consent.
